1. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- Orders canceled after processing may incur a handling fee (5%–10%).
- Orders already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14–30 days of receiving your item.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition
- Must include original packaging, accessories, manuals, and parts
- Must show no signs of wear, dirt, damage, or mileage

Note: Many electric bike retailers only accept returns if the product is in brand-new condition and properly packaged .
3. Non-Returnable Items
