At Electric Dirt Bikes For Sale, we are committed to providing high-quality electric dirt bikes and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • Orders canceled after processing may incur a handling fee (5%–10%).
  • Orders already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14–30 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging, accessories, manuals, and parts
  • Must show no signs of wear, dirt, damage, or mileage
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required

Note: Many electric bike retailers only accept returns if the product is in brand-new condition and properly packaged .


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used, assembled, or damaged products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards or digital products

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization before shipping

⚠️ Returns sent without approval may be rejected.


5. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • A restocking fee (10%–25%) may apply
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos/videos as proof
  • We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost

7. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days (bank processing may vary)

8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
